VCU Adult Outpatient Facility
Richmond, VA
New construction of a 604,000 SF, 17-story main building with an additional 475,000 SF of parking deck located in downtown Richmond. The state-of-the-art building will provide outpatient care, serve as an academic health center, and house the Massey Cancer Center.
P-1120 Maritime Skills Training Center
Norfolk, VA
New construction of a 112,000 SF, 2-story training and simulation facility for the Department of the Navy. This building is one-of-a-kind on the East Coast and will provide unique simulation and training capability for the Navy at Naval Station Norfolk.
Harbor’s Edge Riverfront Towers
Norfolk, VA
New construction of an assisted living facility in downtown Norfolk, VA. The 24-story, 527,700 SF upscale apartment facility provides 147 living units, common areas, and 2 restaurants.
New General Assembly Building
Richmond, VA
New construction of a 14-story, 414,884 SF building in downtown Richmond to serve the Virginia General Assembly. The building includes spaces for public functions, committee rooms, cafeteria as well as legislator and staff offices. Our scope included all plumbing and mechanical piping, equipment and duct systems as well as temporary utilities.

Chesterfield, VA
Completed 10 new schools constructed over a 5 year period. Beaulah Elementary, Enon Elementary, Old Hundred Rd Elementary, Matoaca Elementary, Harrowgate Elementary, Manchester Middle, Ettrick Elementary, Reams Elementary, Crestwood Elementary, 360 West Elementary School.
Jones & Cabacoy Veterans Care Center
Virginia Beach, VA
New construction of a skilled nursing center, 128-bed facility dedicated to the care of our nation’s Veterans. The 134,000 SF facility includes amenities such as barber/beauty salon, central kitchen and laundry, rehab suite, household living, and dining areas.
